Hello Dear Muscle Mass Brothers
I have found your forum on my friends Facebook page.
I would like to improve my lifestyle with healthy balanced diet full of organic food made out of vegetable and fruits too.
Is there anything you could suggest to me?

I am Women
weight: 68kg
height: 159cm
age: around 40 Smile

I work physically 5 days a week, I do exercise Yoga once in a while on the weekends.

Looking forward to your replies.

Hello Iwona. Of course we can help you out! Could you please tell me what do you expect of being on a diet? I mean, do you want to keep the same weight but just eat healthy? or do you want to loose a bit of body fat? Looking forward to your reply so we can actually start with your diet.

Hello again Smile So I have calculated a diet that will reduce your weight slowly so it won't go down drastically.
Proteins 140g
Carbs 130g
Fats 40g

I divided your daily diet plan into 5 meals, I hope you will be able to eat them all as I know that you are busy working for 5 days a week...

I(Proteins 30g Carbs 10g Fats 25g)
2 eggs
100g of unsmoked beacon (without the white fat bits)
1 slice of burgen linseed bread (you can find in in tesco, asda, sainsburys)
Vegetables
*You can swap beacon for salmon

II (30g protein)
Chicken breast 150g

III (30g protein 60g carbs)
Chicken breast 150g
Rice 75g or 300g of sweet potatoes or 350g of white potatoes
Vegetables

IV (30g protein 60g carbs)
Chicken breast 150g
Rice 75g or 300g of sweet potatoes or 350g of white potatoes
Vegetables

V(20g proteins, 15g Fats)
100g of salmon
Vegetables

I hope that it's easy to understand but ask any questions if you're not sure of something.
I know that you have asked for vegetables and fruits but the best idea is to avoid fruits because they contain a lot of "sugar" which in this occasion is not the best idea - but remember, diet it's not for killing us but to improve our life so if you will eat some fruit from time to time it won't make colossal impact on your diet. Enjoy !
